Terms and Conditions
1.0 Product Returns. We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. We operate a 14-day free returns policy for domestic UK orders, subject to the following provisions:

1.1 Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 Consumer and business buyers will pay all return carriage costs, where there is no fault or damage to the goods upon delivery to them. Additionally, the buyer must arrange delivery of the returned items.

1.2 Any defective or damaged goods, which are damaged/defective on initial receipt by the purchaser (buyer), must be reported and returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
​
1.3 Items (other than those described in point 1.2 above) must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, as they were when initially shipped, unused, and including original boxes/packaging.

1.4 SeaStrop Limited accepts no responsibility for delayed or missing goods being returned to us by the buyer. Additionally, we accept no responsibility for returns that were damaged in transit on return to us. The buyer must take this up with their chosen courier/mail provider.

1.5 SeaStrop Limited must receive notice from the buyer that they wish to return the goods within 7 days from the date of delivery. The goods must then be returned to us within 7 days from the date we were first notified that the buyer wanted to make a return.

1.6 Refunds. A full refund will not be made if items are returned damaged, marked, or defective, other than where termed in point 2.0). If items are returned to us in an unusable condition, no refund will be made.

1.7 The customer has a right to request a refund prior to the goods being dispatched; however, once dispatched, the above conditions apply.

1.8 No Returns for Exported Goods: Please note that goods exported outside the UK are subject to a strict no return policy. Once goods have been shipped or collected for export, they cannot be returned to SeaStrop Limited except under specific circumstances agreed upon in advance and in writing. Once items have been received they will be inspected for defects. If there are no further concerns, a full refund (including the original shipping fee) will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

1.10 Deliveries.SeaSrtrop Limited shall not be liable for the loss (entire or partial) of a consignment. Any claims for consignment loss (including non-delivery or partial delivery of a consignment) must be made within 10 calendar days after the commencement of transit. Claims will then be passed on to the courier.
2.1 Payment Terms. Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before the release of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be received and confirmed before any goods are collected or shipped.

2.2. Exports Returns: All goods exported outside the UK are subject to a strict no return policy. Once goods have been shipped or collected, they cannot be returned to SeaSrtrop Limited except under specific circumstances as agreed upon in advance and in writing.
2,3 Customs Clearance and Duties: Unless explicitly stated otherwise the buyer is fully responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations in the destination country. This includes any fees, taxes, or additional costs that may arise due to customs procedures.
2.4 Export Restrictions: The buyer must ensure that the goods comply with all applicable laws in the destination country. SeaStrop Limited reserves the right to refuse export if it conflicts with export control laws or if there are concerns about compliance with regulations in the destination country.
2.5 Risk and Insurance Insurance: Buyers are encouraged to arrange for appropriate insurance coverage for the goods during transit

2,6 Documentation Provided Documentation: SeaStrop Limited will provide necessary documentation, such as the commercial invoice, packing list, and any agreed-upon certificates. Any additional documentation requests must be made in advance and may incur additional costs.
2,7 Proof of Export: If applicable, the buyer must provide proof of export (e.g., Bill of Landing, Airway Bill) within 30 days to qualify for VAT exemption.

2.8. Force Majeure. SeaStrop Limited is not liable for any delays or failures to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

2.9. Defective Products Reporting Defects: Any defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and SeaStrop Limited is not responsible for goods damaged during return transit.

2.10. Governing Law Jurisdiction: All export transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these transactions will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Language: The contract and all related communications will be conducted in English. In case of any discrepancies between translations, the English version will prevail.

2,11 Dispute Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek resolution through arbitration in accordance with the rules and binding decision of the CI.A.(London).
2.12 Compliance with Local Laws Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods meet all legal requirements in the destination country and that they comply with all local laws and regulations.
2.13 Payment. Payment must be made at the point of checkout. SeaStrop Limited will not dispatch any goods until we can confirm that funds have cleared. SeaStrop Limited retain the right to cancel shipment of goods and refund any payments, for good reason e.g., we suspect the payment has been made without the authorisation of the account holder.

2,14 Liability. SeaSrtrop Limited Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to the customer, and we do not physically handle, inspect, or store the products before dispatch.
2.15 Manufacturer’s Responsibility:
While we take care to select reputable manufacturers and suppliers, we do not have control over the quality, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product. Any warranties or assurances regarding the products are provided by the manufacturers.
2.16 Compliance with Consumer Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we ensure that all products sold through our platform are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product fails to meet these criteria, buyers are entitled to seek remedies as provided by the Act.
2,17 VAT and Tax Compliance: We adhere to the relevant VAT and tax regulations applicable to the sale and delivery of goods. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges or taxes that may apply to international transactions.
2.18 Recourse for Defects: If a product is found to be defective or harmful, we encourage buyers to inform us promptly. We will facilitate communication with the manufacturer and assist in seeking remedies in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty, guarantees, or recall notices, if any.
2.19 Data Protection and Privacy: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure that customer data is handled responsibly and transparently.
2.20 Indemnification To the extent permitted by law, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold, SeaStrop Limited its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of any product purchased from us. SeaStrop Limited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses, and third-party claims.
2.21 Customer’s Responsibility for Suitability and Use: The Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are suitable for the intended use and conform to all applicable use and safety regulations. The Customer agrees to carry out their own due diligence, including any necessary risk assessments, to confirm that the products are fit for the specific purpose and use. SeaSrtrop Limited provides general product information, we do not conduct bespoke risk assessments or offer personalized advice for specific applications of the products unless a written request is received. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold SeaStrop Limited harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the incorrect selection or misuse of the products.
2.22 Delivery: SeaStrop Limited will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
2.23 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable to the other for its failure to perform any of its obligations under the contract to the extent that such failure is a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that the other party is notified in writing of such circumstances by the party affected as soon as they become aware of their occurrence.
2.24 Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms of Sale, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. Any disputes concerning these Terms of Sale, the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2,25 Data & Privacy. All data is processed in line with our privacy policy.
